Devan is the top makeup and hair artist of the JT Noir Studio.

Devan is a makeup artist and hairstylist at Tangles Hair Salon. She has been licensed since May 2015, but has experience in the field doing freelance makeup jobs for weddings and other special occasions beginning 2012.

Devan’s love for makeup started in high school and has only grown over the years. Her favorite part of the job is making women feel beautiful and empowered, whether it be for a wedding or for a photoshoot. She aspires to advance in the field continuing to help women to feel empowered and beautiful.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and going to the beach.
