After 5 year of photographing families, I have realized each session is so unique and uplifting every time. It never gets old, or mundane. I was reassured of this when I shot the Sloan family at their beautiful home in St Augustine Florida.
Pricilla and little sister Bailey were over by the old tree when I knew I wanted this first shot.
After, the family were throwing around the football and I had them play a little game. Dad and daughter tackle was the kicker in this amazing session.
I feel the most intriguing thing about photography is the relationships you become part of during a session. You are capturing a moment in thier lives that they can sit back and see everyday hanging on thier walls. The fun, the laughter, the moments between parents and children. Even the silly sibling faces that had even me laughing!
